Topped with plenty of cheese and layered with spinach and my secret filling. This is a delicious supper for your family to enjoy. The day after Valentines Day...so enjoy two evenings with NO cooking! Wee-hoo!
Dinner #1~ Slow Cooked Pot Roast~This is my Mom's recipe and my all time favorite dinner! Pot roast is slow cooked with carrots potatoes and onions along with Mom's secret ingredients!

This dinner does cost a bit more than my usual suppers simply because it cost more to make.

Dinner #2~ Coca Cola Chicken~ I love this recipe, we made it a month ago and it was a hit with our families! This is a baked BBQ Chicken recipe with a hint of America's favorite Cola.
