Southern Belle

I added this to accommodate those of us who would enjoy a prepared meal that won't be a moment on the lips and forever on the hips!  My current Southern Belle Menu is:  Ole Mexican Fiesta Salad, and this salad is divine!  It is a mixed green salad tossed with shredded chicken, roasted corn, cilantro, orange bell pepper, fiesta chip pieces topped with my homemade spicy light ranch dressing.  Eating healthy never tasted so good!
